Run by up and coming DJs Mikul Wing and KHA, Members Only AV started as a private social club in Chicago known for throwing the best loft parties you will ever go to. Bringing together an eclectic and talented group of DJs, musicians, photographers, videographers and artists, they now organize and promote events all around the city.
Starting to DJ and produce under the new name, Midnight Conspiracy after bringing in new member and producer Graham Cody of La Dolce Vita, Midnight Conspiracy are notorious for their underground Wicker Park loft parties which have featured Justice, Crystal Castles, So Me, A-Trak, Treasure Fingers, Bassnectar, Andy Rourke of The Smiths, Designer Drugs, Le Castle Vania, Villains, The Ting Tings, VHS or Beta, Mattie Safer (Throne of Blood, The Rapture), Daisy O'Dell, Nick Catchdubs, Dan Oh.

Chicago Suicide Club & Members Only AV's first event together was an unabashed decadent underground New Years Eve Party featuring the biggest French electro act in the world, Justice. Inspired by the wanton writings of Bret Easton Ellis, they formed a new indie-electro night called "Disappear Here" featuring the latest underground music by fresh, talented producers and DJs with the occasional celebrity thrown in for sacrifice. The Disappear Here DJs (Heaven Malone, Midnight Conspiracy & Angry Panda!) have recently returned from a Mardi Gras DJ Tour in New Orleans. Midnight Conspiracy played the coveted Lose Control Party at SXSW and performed a exclusive private poolside party at Winter Music Conference in Miami.
